 Registration Fees

 
 Registration fee includes charges for Breakfast, Lunch (during the Conference), Tea/Coffee during session breaks, Conference Kits, presentation certificates, access to different workshops, and reception dinner. We negotiated special discount to International Delegates on Standard Hotel Accommodation on Five Stars/ 3 stars and other Hotels. We will provide details of different ranges of hotels near the conference venue and authorized travel agents and online booking processes.   All payments for Registration should be made through Online Fund Transfer as per details provided below:

Registration fee can transfer

No refunds will be made for cancellations made but it can be transferred to another person within your organization. The conference secretariat must be advised of the transfer not later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the conference.

Person can participate without papers

A person after completing registration procedures can participate without having any papers and can obtain the certificate of participation.

  Life member discount

 All the life member of NAM can get discount by 15 percent in each and every event, programs including international conference, doctoral consortium, paper development workshop and others. They have rights to choose representatives at the congress, and organize different programs by the name of NAM fulfilling requirements. Those who are still not life member and have interest can pay life member fee once in a life and get discount of 15 percents. Fee for life member is INR 20, 000 for academicians and practitioners from SAARC countries and US $ 1,500 for persons from other countries except SAARC member states.
